“Beautiful Setting, But Deeply Flawed Hospitality”
The hotel boasts a stunning location and impressive design, but unfortunately, this was overshadowed by some of the worst service we’ve ever experienced in a hotel of this category.

“Perfect stay in San Cristobal”
Beautiful hotel walking distance from the Center of San Cristobal. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and beautifully presented breakfast. Be aware the included breakfast is not described on the breakfast menu. We inadvertently spent a lot of money on breakfast because we weren’t aware of this. When we got the bill and took this up with the hotel, they waived the bill without quibble saying it was their fault, so I couldn’t fault them on that and their response was excellent.
