The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was huge (we had the junior suite). Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful (especially Wil!) the hotel is located in a quiet street with a short walk to the main shopping/restaurant area. Very good value for money and we’d happily return.

The staff were beyond lovely and caring. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with a nice courtyard. The breakfast is the perfect setup for the day.

“Highly recommended”
We really liked our stay. The staff was very very helpful with any matter to make our stay better and comfortable. The breakfast area (terrace/garden) had a great morning atmosphere to start our day. The location is great as it is a few minutes away by feet from the main street. They helped us booking tours (at good prices!) We loved our time there and we would stay there again if we come back.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. We stayed in the apartment, which was way bigger than we expected and had an amazing porch and garden. The main street of San Cristóbal is easily walkable. Antonio is an amazing host. One of our best hotel experiences ever. Highly recommend it.

We felt very good taken care of, lots of recommendations to do, you can also book tours at the reception. Room is small but comfy, the garden is really nice. Also the area is very walkable and safe from the city. Breakfast is nice (but the same everyday) We decided to extend our stay for two days as we liked it so much in San Chris and Ocho Barrios!

“AMAZING! Your Home in San Cristobal”
Amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect. We felt right at home from the moment we met Luis and his son (who helped me soo much answering my many questions! Muchas gracias!.) The hotel is beautiful, the vibe is great. The rooms are simple and clean and everything you need is there (and if not, you can ask, and they will surely help you, like for the hairdryer, thank you). the shampoo was so good!!!! The staff at breakfast were so nice!!! and the breakfast was tasty! I even bought their jam! the staff will help you find and book tours in the city and nearby areas - the tours are so great! And you can pay in the hotel, which is very convenient and safe!! We LOVED San Cristobal and staying in Ocho Barrios!
