It’s a beautiful colorful property with a beautiful patio garden, in my experience typically Mexican. Nice spacious room with nice bathroom. A fireplace!! Nice staff. Very well located.

“Beautiful stay with central location”
Excellent location and beautiful property. Comfortable and warm rooms. The lady working during the day was particularly helpful - we were especially grateful that she was able to check us in a few hours early when the guy before him said not until 3pm. Paid buffet breakfast was great, nice pressure in the shower.

Location was perfect! The patio is beautiful. Beds ok, but mattresses could improve. Need to change for new ones. Also towels, they are old.

Location is great, close to everything. the room was very nice colonial style, small with two beds and balcony but very confortable and the chimney was so cool! Beds are a little bit hard. Restauran is great. I loved the eggs with mole had them twice, The morning staff in front desk was nice the one (male) was not very helpful. The restaurante manager suggested more than the front desk person. We travel with family, hotel was clean.

“A touch of traditional luxury in central San Cristobal”
Central location but on a fairly quiet street. Decent sized room. Clean comfortable beds. Luggage stand. Decent shower. Quiet rooms. Our room wasn't ready yet when we arrived early in the morning but they managed to swap us to one that was already cleaned so we could check-in. Toilet separate from the bathroom.
