The hotel is lovely with the classic colonial architecture and with a pretty indoor garden. The room was comfy, spacious and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The internet connection was better than any other place I have stayed in San Cristóbal.

Nice building with lush internal courtyard gardens that make for a pretty view from the room! Location is great, just off one of the main pedestrian axes and easily walkable to everywhere we needed to get to while being very quiet and peaceful. Quite an 'old school' hotel atmosphere (decor, set up etc.) which we enjoyed.
