“Characterful place set back from road with some shared facilities.”

Sweet little place with fireplace which was good for the chilly evenings and a balcony to sit out. The communal area, with fruit, water and facilities was helpful. A man who rents one of the properties long term was very friendly and helpful. Prior to arriving communication was good. Property grounds felt secure.

“Comfortable stay”

We really enjoyed our stay at the guest house. All of our queries were attended to promptly by Rush over WhatsApp or by Angelina onsite and the team are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our ground floor room was a good size and the hot water supply in the shower was very reliable, which is not a given in San Cristóbal. There's a nice terrace by the common area that gets lots of sun in the morning, good place to enjoy the coffee and fruit that is provided. The property is in a quiet area but walking distance from Real de Guadalupe and a few useful shops, bakeries and restaurants in the surrounding streets (check out Las Tortas). We felt very safe walking back there at night.

“Tranquil garden escape, home away from home 🫶🏻🌻”

Lovely lovely lovely! This was such a nice place. Really felt like a home away from home! Communication was clear and quick. The appartment (nr 4) was spacious and comfy. Bed was super soft and warm. There is a little kitchen with a coffee maker and fresh water tap. (DO NOT use the tap water in San Cristobal for drinking/brushing teeth etc, as it is contaminated). Bathroom also comfy and large and good shower with hot water. The little terrace in front of the room was also nice. There is a communal space upstairs with complimentary coffee, tea, fruits and basic breakfast items. A lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunshine. It is just such a lovely and tranquil place. Would 1000% recommend!

“A clean and quiet home away from home”

A little home away from home. The best bed and shower since my arrival in Mexico. Warm water and great pressure! The host Regina is really sweet. She’s working in the morning. I didn’t see anyone else. There is no reception, so make sure you read your email with the code to enter the house. A nice terrace, with some fruit for breakfast and free cold and hot water. A little bit out of the center, so very quiet. A reminder that it’s pretty cool/cold in the mornings and evenings.

“Lovely comfortable guest house”

Lovely little guest house. Convenient to walk to the centre of San Cristobal in around 5 minutes. Very comfortable and quiet. Comfy bed, nice shower, I liked having a separate sitting room and kitchen. Also nice to have a terrace to sit on in the sun and a common area/kitchen with fruit and porridge for breakfast and a hot water kettle.

I stayed in #5. It was a private two floor cabin. Very comfy bed, private balcony off the bedroom upstairs. Hot water on demand. Very peaceful. I look forward to staying again. Fast WIFI is good for video calls on zoom and no delay on my website updates. I think the wifi was upgraded recently.

Very spacious and beautiful space. Free coffee and water and fridge. Luxury shower gel. Very comfortable beds and lots of bed covers to be warm. An outdoor terrace for warmer days.

This is a great big and specious room, with big countertop for drinking water, sink , and coffee equipment, there is a small living room and a great balcony looking to the amazing garden in the facility. The bathroom and the bed are excellent and the owner is super nice and helpful, but be aware she speaks only Spanish if this is an issue for you. You also have a bar with tea coffee fruits and more free all day long, and also include board games if you like.

“Private oasis in the heart of San Cris”

Beautiful modern apartments with minimalist aesthetics. Colorful, bright and clean spaces. Warm bed with heavy comforter and crisp sheets. Fresh thick towels. Excellent care for details. The fireplace is delightful and wood can be replenished for a very small fee. Perfect location, quiet at night. In the heart of the city. I look forward to returning soon

We had the upper Room from where you go to the terasse and also had a nice view and sunset sunlight in the room. There was Fruits, Oats and Tea prepared in the common room which equals a small breakfast. Everything was super clean and made with love and detail. The Beds where super comfy and you had plenty of blankets to choose from. We even made a fire in the little fireplace in the room. Very easy, friendly and direct communication. “Beautiful guesthouse”

lovely big room with comfortable beds. loved the fireplace made the whole room cosy. shower worked well and bathroom was big enough. provided filtered drinking water which is good as the water in San Cristobal is toxic and we needed the filtered water for teeth brushing as well as washing up safetly and drinking. the free hot drinks from the shared “kitchen” was nice along with the fruit offered. super quiet, the one morning when we had issue with another guest blasting music was handled quickly via booking messages. the location was just outside of the city centre which was perfect for us :)

“Perfect stay”

The staff were very responsive and solved any issue or request very quickly. The rooms were very tidy and spacious. Perfect place to explore San Cristobal and surroundings.

Very cosy and safe place to stay that I enjoyed exploring San Cristobal from. The garden and rooms surrounding it are like a little oasis within the city. Clean, quiet, all the amenities you need.

“Peaceful and relaxing!”

Spacious, quiet place and comfy beds. Very accommodating owner and staff! Luggage could be left prior to and after check-in/-out. Was also allowed to check-in early and got an extra hour in the other end too (…thanks, Rachelle and Angelina!) Nice view from the balcony (for room 1) and the common area, plus great bonus with free fruits/snacks, drinking water and tea/coffee. Easy check-in. My second time around… Truly a nice little spot 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

“One of the best hotels we’ve been in Mexico”

Great and quiet location, walking distance from everything. Easy self check in. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The shower had good water pressure with hot water. The shared area is a big advantage where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and oatmeal for breakfast. Both the host and Angelina that works there were friendly and helpful.

The property is a little bit off the beaten path, which I like it. The area is more chill without not too many crowds and loud sounds around. It was a very good deal for the amount of money which I paid. I basically got an entire apartment and I particularly appreciated the coffee maker machine and the small couch with fireplace nearby.
