The place is very relaxing and calm. The room is ok and clean.

Really nice and quiet place, if you don't like party hostels. Very comfortable rooms and very good value for your money, nice owners and a well equipped kitchen.

“Great value for money and surprisingly good”

We were allowed into our room early, which was wonderful after an over journey. The room was large, well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The communal rooms were clean and well equipped. Free drinking water was a bonus. The person that ran the accommodation was very pleasant and helpful. He stored our bags because we had a late coach. It was about a 15 minute to the centre or there’s a collectivo that goes to the market just outside the accommodation. We only stayed one night but would have been very happy to stay longer.

Casa Natura has spacious rooms with wardrobe, table and chairs, well equipped kitchen with drawers for each room. There is very nice common area with books, board games and tv, sofa and big table. Owners are very nice and helpful, they have a cute dog. There are grocery shops in the neighborhood.

Great amenities, big room and kind host! Close to the centre, but in a quiet area.

Friendly staff, very relaxed place - more like staying in your own apartment than a hostel/hotel. The staff allowed us early check in and to leave the bags until late. Kitchen is really well equipped and there is drinking water provided with no extra charge.

Very good value - nothing fancy but plenty of space, some natural light, mini fridge is handy and there is a good shared kitchen. Decent showers. Comfortable sofa in shared space. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Friendly cat too!

I was very happy with my choice. Antonio was very kind, helpful and organised. Casa Natura was a very pleasant experience. It felt very safe and comfortable. I had the quadruple room, with ensuite just for myself, which was spacious with 2 double beds. Good sized ensuite (bathroom) with good hot shower. I'm not sure if hot water is only between 8am and around 9pm - check with Antonio, but you can ask for it to be earlier, or later. There is a very well equipped kitchen and large dining table which feels very homely. My room was at the front of the hotel by road but I did not find it too noisy at night. Antonio had a very calm and well behaved dog called Gandolf, who is good with children. The neighbourhood felt safe. It is a 20 minute walk from ADO bus terminal. It is a 15 minute walk to the central plaza, the first half of the walk is ok and the second half along Guadalupe is along one of the best streets in SC, mainly pedestrianised (no cars) and full of cafes, shops and restaurants. There is a good market for handicrafts. Tourist Info along Av 20 Novembre has very good free paper maps and good advice (next to Daniel Theatre? ) another pedestrianised road. If you go to Chamula village best to go with a tour as can be dangerous on your own, especially for females. Antonio can book, my guide spoke very good English. Sumidero Canyon good but lots of driving from SC maybe stay at Tuxtla. Roof terrace at Hotel good for views and drying washing, but take care.

Very clean, very friendly staff (Antonio) that were super helpful to me when I had a couple of issues which was hugely appreciated! Plus there's Gandalf the dog who is lovely! AND a great and cheap taco shop directly over the street!

Lovely people and dog!

I really liked the place. It was clean and comfortable, with a lot of space in the room. Drinking water was prepared in the room which rarely happens so i appreciated it. There was a kitchen also spacious. And the hosts were nice and friendly. I recommend this place.
