“Would definitively recommend.”
The stay in San Cristobal was thanks to Casa Chalet like home. The hotel staff satisfied any of our wishes, even the last minute ones. The pleasant surprise was the breakfast every day. Even though a bit outside of the city center it serves well as a starting point each day.

The double room deluxe was nice and spacy. There was no sounds from outside, even though the terrace is in the middle of the house as was the laundry and the toilet. The breakfast was good and the Ramita Verde restaurant offers good and healthy options for mexican street food.

“Cozy beautiful spot”
We arrived after midnight, thanks to the self checkin process, it was very easy to get in. The room was small but in a comfy way, the lights by bedside tables were warm which we appreciated. We had room with a bathroom, that was beautiful, the shower was nicely and functionally decorated. Breakfast in the morning was simple yet awesome, fresh fruits with yogurt, jam and bread. We really recommend staying here.

“This place is a scam”
We thought we booked a boutique hotel with deluxe room, but we were wrong... As soon as we arrived, it became clear that this is a hostel that needs serious refurbishment. The shower was moldy. Also, there is no privacy at all, the 1cm thick door can't close properly, you can hear ppl talking in the common area like they were next to you. We left immediately and booked a real hotel.

“Do NOT stay here is you want to sleep”
The bed was comfortable. The shower hot at times. The hairdryer worked for about 30 seconds. On check in everything was possible.

“Lovely staff and great location”
Lovely staff and lovely breakfast. Private double room was small but fine. Had a good working shower (again small). Great location. Nice aesthetic with pretty furnishings. DIY hostel vibe - great staff always there to help if you need anything but left to your own devices if you like that.

“Room was smaller than expected but good location”
It is only a 5 minute walk from the ADO bus station and self check in was available which was very handy as we arrived late. Breakfast was good (fruit and yoghurt and toast). The shower had great water pressure. The cat is very friendly and came to sit on my lap at the table!
