“Beautiful place in San Cristobal”

The location is very central and walking distance to everything. The place is amazing, curated in every detail, both the common space and the room are superlative! Staff is very kind also.

We loved our stay at Casa Carmen. It is such a gorgeous place, decorated beautifully with lots of areas to chill out including a rooftop terrace. It is incredibly clean and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved our spacious room, our huge powerful shower and all the little touches. The staff were amazing and even found my airpods that I had left out of their case on the terrace! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the main streets of San Cristobal, close to plenty of incredible restaurants, cafés and shops. It's also less than a 10 minute walk from the ADO bus station which is super ideal!

Great place to stay for a few days. Clean and tidy with good air-conditioning and close to main sites. Well equipped kitchen if you need it. Would stay there again.

Very comfy bed with warm sheets, great location within walking distance of many restaurants and sightseeing. The room is cosy but spacious. The staff doesnt speak English very well, but they really try and are super friendly.

This hotel truly puts guest comfort first, rather than trying to squeeze extra money out of you — and you can feel that from the very first moment. Our room was already ready quite early in the morning when we arrived, which immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. It offers outstanding value for money. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and available 24 hours a day, always ready to help with a smile. The location is ideal: only a 7-minute walk to the bus station and just 2 minutes to a lively district full of life, yet the hotel itself is perfectly quiet and peaceful. Every detail is designed for comfort. Extra heating devices are provided, the blankets are thick and warm, and the shower is excellent. And then there’s the fireplace — absolutely the highlight. It’s real, fully functional, and beautifully designed. Coming back to the hotel after a long day of exploring the town and its surroundings, sitting by the fireplace, feels incredibly cosy and relaxing. Overall, this is a very warm, safe, and welcoming place that truly feels like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The location was excellent, just behind one of the main restaurant streets, but very quiet. Room was spacious with comfy bed. Kitchen was spotless with free drinking water, tea and coffee.

The design of the space was exceptional, very large and comfy beds, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a kitchen we could use, interior garden and a sitting space to relax and enjoy your book. It was close to the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
