Such a beautiful large apartment in a historic building.There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well appointed. Loved the excellent pressure in the shower! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the quiet pretty garden each morning. Lilia was so helpful providing helpful sightseeing tips each day.

Pool is the best. We really enjoyed spending time in the pool. Very quite. The place is also very quiet and surrounding is beautiful. Very nice people and quite a homey feeling.

This holiday we had been travelling like nomads and booking our accommodation from day to day. So we didn’t know what to expect. The house is quite closed towards the street but opens up as soon as you step into the courtyard. We were blown away by the charm and style of this old property. It is like a green oasis with pool and a shady garden. The building is renovated into a modern and functional holiday home but with the deepest respect for the old house. The old mosaic floors and ceilings with frescoes are restored. Just beautiful. We loved absolutely everything. Our apartment had a rooftop terrasse on each side overlooking the old town. It has a kitchen as well so we decided to stay home for dinner and take in the city from the rooftop. We were travelling a couple plus our teenage son and it fitted perfectly for the 3 of us as the sofa could transform to a comfortable bed.

It is our 2 time in dimora. The house is awesome, the pool area is well designed, the breakfast is exellent! The host is very welcoming and helpful! Lilia we miss you already! Thank you!

The facilities are very esthetic and inspiring with great design. The inner garden offers a peaceful and visually pleasing environment with a pool area and not only. There is also a very nice large terrace on the roof top, where you can enjoy the sun or the evening. The hospitality was outstanding. Dario picked us up from the Lecce train station, which made our arrival stress-free and was helpful in providing any information we needed. Each morning we were greeted with croissants, home baked cake, fresh fruits and delicious coffee served by Lilla. Dario and Lilla, thank you for that :). The neighborhood is very local, with few tourists, which allowed us enjoy the culture of San Cesario di Lecce. As to practicalities, there is Coop market 2 minutes walking distance. Food lovers must visit the pizza restaurant Le Pizzecate: https://restaurantguru.com/Le-Pizzecate-San-Cesario-di-Lecce . Giuseppe, the owner, made our dining experience truly special with his warm hospitality and delicious food.
