“Lovely stay in Dolomites”

The staff went an extra mile from the beginning to the end of our stay. We had a room with a gorgeous view, everything was clean and tidy and even better than in the pictures. Breakfast was excellent, we also had drinks in the bar which was good value for money and we had dinner and a visit to the chocolate room in the wine cellar restaurant. All absolutely excellent experiences. Spa was lovely, spacious and always well maintained. We had to check out before breakfast and were given a packed breakfast which was much appreciated.

Our stay at Ciasa Salares was w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l! The entire staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. You could really feel the care and professionalism of the team, at the reception, during breakfast and dinner, at the spa... A special thank you goes to Domenico. He made every dinner feel special with his warmth and genuine hospitality, and we were always happy to see him again in the mornings during breakfast. His attentiveness, knowledge and positive energy made a real difference to our experience. One evening we had a dinner reservation at another restaurant in the area, but after seeing the atmosphere there we decided to cancel and return to Ciasa Salares instead. That decision alone says a lot about how much we enjoyed being there. Going skiing was also very easy and convenient from the hotel, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a welcoming atmosphere — and especially to Domenico for making our time there truly memorable.

A lady helped by explaining to drive to the lake . And about to get a cable up to a bar . Other than that nothing to do so bored ! Too far from cortina ! Nice pool spa closed all day til 4 !

Exactly what you would expect from a good 4 star hotel. Very homely vibe - not too formal, we felt comfortable & relaxed. The staff are exceptionally kind, attentive and helpful & made the stay something special. Everything is perfectly clean. In fact the entire area/region is pristine which is something we noticed - as compared to other more “gritty”’ areas of Italy. Delicious food & lots of it (half board). Might consider B&B in future as the 4 course for dinner every night was almost too much food for us! The location suited us perfectly - it’s outside San Cassiano village (about 20-30 mins walk … uphill on way back… or 2 mins drive or bus) Scenery is spectacular including directly from hotel Wellness facilities clean & we used them every evening, I had a great massage Very large bar area/common areas/outside seating all very tasteful & comfortable Room we had was nice - perfectly clean very comfy bed - not amazing, but we were hardly in it! We went to hike - we had a car but we didn’t need to use it at all as we just walked everywhere directly from hotel. Hotel provided pass for local buses but we didn’t use them either. Seriously considering this hotel for a future ski break too as it’s very close to a lift to connect into very large ski area

This is a fantastic hotel, amazing staff and facilities, my daughter and I thought it was one of the best we have stayed in. Mainly because of the friendly helpful staff.

“Luxurious stay in the dolomites”

This hotel is in a fantastic location and was a treat for us to stay half board for three nights. The food was very good for both breakfast and dinner, the former a blend of buffet and cooked options, the latter offers three choices over four courses. Our room had a stunning view and had a large balcony, also with a Nespresso machine. We also ate in the wine cellar one evening and enjoyed an excellent tasting menu. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

“Great hotel”

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location. Beautiful scenery. Shuttle bus available to drop you off at trail heads & pick you up at the end - perfect! Room very clean and comfortable. Great food too !

The hotel is really nicely decorated. The staff is really kind and helpful. The location was ok- we did have to drive to reach the famous hikes (but we knew about that). The breakfast was fresh and there was plenty to choose from. We used the spa everyday after hikes and it was the best feeling ever :)

“Amazing”

Perhaps the best hotel I've ever visited. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. The food and drink outstanding: delicious gourmet offering, but devoid of artifice or snobbery, you actually get to eat and enjoy the food. Impressive selection of wines and spirits. I found the decor really beautiful, modern and cozy and loved the welcoming smell of the wood. The views were breathtaking.

“Amazing stay”

The service during the whole stay was impeccable! Super friendly staff with answers to all your needs. The views in the area are amazing, so are all the facillitys in the hotel. Everything is super clean and well organised. There are different possibilyties to have lunch/dinner and the quality is verry good! We had a fondue dinner in the wine cellar wich was a true delight! We will deffinatly go back!

The hotel is amazing! Our biggest compliments go to the restaurant staff – they truly make this hotel exceptional and unforgettable. Every dinner felt like a new tasting experience – unique and delicious dishes that changed daily. It allowed us to enjoy real luxury. Room cleanliness was also 10/10. Highly recommended for those looking for peace, comfort, spotless cleanliness, excellent service, and of course, outstanding cuisine.

“Perfect spot for hiking out”

The highlight of our stay was the staff. Knowledgeable about the local area, super friendly, relaxed, helpful. So many stunning walks available from right outside the hotel. Lovely Finnish sauna. Breakfast was exceptional - fruits, seeds, local yoghurt and all the rest. Lovely drinks and generous bar snacks. The cellar 5 course menu + wine was really fun, relaxed, great food and service

“Gorgeous place to stay in the Dolomites”

Lovely hotel about 15 mins walk to town. The Staff were excellent. We arrived the day before the Dolomiti bike festival and the roads were closed from 7am to 230pm. They assisted us in finding a beautiful hike that were were still able to do walking from the hotel and it was beautiful. The following day was the Feast of Corpus Christie/ Dormi and they drove us into town to attend mass and afterwards there was a procession around the village with many locals dressed in traditional costume and carrying the saint statue.. The breakfasts in particular were very good. San Cassiano nearby is a really pretty little town. The hotel was beautiful with lots of flowers and a restaurant and a bar. The pool and jacuzzi were free but you could pay for spa services
