Great location, 10 min walk to gondola, parking in the building, nice design, only 2 apartments on the floor, no control over the floor heating (very hot in the room)

Very high quality apartment (build, noise insulation), nice view, good location, garage. The Hotel Fanes staff (which manages the apartments) was very friendly and professional.

Property is an apartment managed by hotel fanes group. It was spacious and cleaned every day by the staff. Unfortunately we had to travel in an electric car to dolomites, but hotel staff made sure our car was charged overnight and ready to pick in the morning.

The appertment exceeded our expactations. It was perfect to stay there. The room is big enough. super clean. Moreover everyday we had cleaning and change of the towels. Located is a small city - in June not everything was opened among restaurants, so we had to visit the only one. It is really close to all the sightseeing points in Dolomities - 30 min or 1 hour by car. The only problem for us was Wifi , it was awful, no signal at all, so if you need to do some job it would be hard. Also the apt. has underground parking, that is perfect.
