“Exceptionally quiet out of the way place at the foot of the town”
I think the accommodation was made special by Francesca who was very quick to respond, helpful and friendly. It is an unusual place - tucked down a gravel lane at the foot of San Casiano. It is definitely not a good place without a car as the climb to the town is hard, even for fit people. But it is quiet, tranquil, fantastic views, great pool, good facilities and unique. It is a three minute stroll to the thermal public baths (outside, free). The town is beautiful, laid back, wonderful views and not too touristy.

“Great stay”
Lovely property in a great location. Actual Roman hot spring literally next door!! Host Francesca was very helpful.
