Very cozy family run hostel that are putting hard work in making your stay confortable. The kitchen and garden area big bonus. It is always nice when you can cook your own meal in a clean kitchen with all tools available. The garden is a great place for hanging out, even in the middle of the day with some nice hamocks and a work -out area. The surfschool on site is also a great recommendation.

“Good, chill atmosphere directly at the beach”

On my travel to Panama i saw some hostels, but this one is special: directly at the beach, super warm-hearted hosts (lieke and abdiel are amazing), good kitchen and garden, surf school belongs to the hostel with one of the best surfing coaches i have met so far. Beach is nice to swim and hang-out; games, hammock...yes! I exdended my stay some more nights!

This little Hostel running by lovely people is just great, perfectly calm, cute, clean, comfy, built with a lot of energy and perfectly located right next to (20meters) Playa El Palmar, which makes it perfect for surfing, swimming or just walking at the clean beach! I felt very safe and welcomed at Panama beach lodge Hostel, dorm beds are really comfy including AC and the outdoor shower is in my opinion outrageous. Kitchen is fully equiped and owners keep this hidden gem super clean. It was a great time there, highly recommend!

Breakfast and air conditioning. Also right at the beach if you step outside the beach is right there.

Location is nice and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need and so does the garden.

Position is very good

Very nice house and outside area. They have a surfschool as well, were you can take lessons or rent a board. The staff is very friendly. They invited me to go to another surfspot. And came to get me and drop me off at the busstation! A lovely stay if you want to do some surfing and chilling!

Loved this place!! Staff and the other travellers here were amazing. Really great humans. The staff and their friends even took us to a waterfall one day. Location is 1 minute to the beach. Great place to chill if you have been travelling for awhile and also surf if you want to, which a lot.of people do. Great facilities too. Best thing about this place is the team, all so lovely!! Thank you all

Awesome location right next to beach. The chill out areas are nice. Good vibes. Family friendly. Awesome staff. Best surf spot and super safe to swim. Our favourite place to visit in Panama. We will be back for sure!

“Super chilled hostel with nice mixed crowd”

Communication on how to get there & during my stay with Jose was great. It’s located right on the beach, it’s pretty calm & quiet with a nice group of fellow travellers. Functional kitchen & supermarket on the main road where the bus drops you off - which is an easy 10 minute walk.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, location is great

Hostel was a 30 second walk from the beach, perfect location! Very chill vibe, hangout areas, good place to meet other travelers.
