Great location - walking distance from the bus terminal, to the boat quay, right in the centre of town. Jimmy was great at communicating, flexible about date changes and very accommodating - we were able to leave out bags there for a couple of days while we went up the river. Very good value for money.

Don frank is the sweetest man! I had an issue, sent him a message and within a minute he was there ❤️big room with fan, windows 3 beds, working tv and clean bathroom

“Not clean enough to relax at all.”
The location was right next to the port where we had to be early the next morning but that's the only plus side. To be fair, we were met as soon as we let the manager know we'd arrived and he showed us up to the room.

“Great value for money for a nights stay”
We stayed for two nights, once after arriving on the bus from Managua and then again when returning on the boat from El Castillo. It is in the perfect location for the bus terminal and boat port (2 minute walk). The rooms are basic but clean. Great value for money.

The location is ideal, close to the centre, market, buses and boats. San Carlos is small so everything is easily accessible on foot. The basic accommodation is fine for a short stay.

Close to the bus terminal and to the lake. Spacious room. The bed was comfortable. Reasonable price, and I appreciate having a private bathroom.
