“Excellent Hotel to Stay”
The location of this hotel was excellent; right in the middle of town. Great restaurants were just a short walk; as well as tourist information; the waterfront and the shops. Our room was very spacious.

I booked 2 rooms. My friends, the second room, got smaller room than ours, no second side bad and lamp. I did not like the design of the entrance door to the shower room, and the internal glass door of the shower.

“Comfortable but average, and not great value compared with newer options in the area.”
Very comfortable bed with great pillows. Towels and bathroom amenities were good. The staff were nice and helpful.

“A comfortable base for exploring Bariloche”
The views over the water were spectacular, and the rooms were spacious allowing this to be enjoyed. Having an excursion agent in the hotel was also very helpful.

“Pleasant stay however the Nh standard was less than others we’ve been to in Europe.”
The property is central with helpful staff who spoke English. Breakfast was good too but we’ve had much better variety for breakfast in European NH Hotels. In the foyer there was a tour organising office and he offerred us some very good tours.

Lovely hotel located in excellent location, right in the centre of Bariloche. Spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the lake. Two beds were provided as per our request in advance. Clean and the WiFi worked really well. Highly recommend!
