Outstanding customer service from Carolina who couldn't have done more to help us in planning our stay in Bariloche and our onward travels, amongst the best I've ever seen in hundreds of hotel stays. Room comfortable, spotlessly clean, good shower, decent breakfast. Well located. In short: just book it!
