“Wonderful 3 star hotel in heart of bariloche”
Stayed 3 nights here. Entrance is up a old arcade which we were a bit concerned about. However once we met Juan Manuel at reception we knew we had booked the right hotel. He is a lovely guy who goes out of his way to assist you in any way he can. We had a room with a view over to the lake which was beautiful. Older style rooms but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and nice. Would recommend to those wanting a good value hotel in the heart of bariloche

Check--in was awkward. Partly due to language issue ,I only understand english, communication was unpleasant. Breakfast was not impressive.

“Payment problem's”
We are arrived in hotel early night and asking to pay in cash. Administrator ask for $54000 peso, but price on Booking was $42 USD. I didn't mention this, because was very exhausted, but then I realise it was to late. Please be careful and double check the amount.

We arrived before 7 am. They arranged to have a room cleaned as soon as possible for us to move in way before check-in time, and even offered a free breakfast while we waited! Both desk and breakfast staff were so kind and sincere. Highly recommended!

“Great Stay”
Great location in central Bariloche with friendly staff. Comfortable bed; super hot water for bath; water machine for refilling drink bottles was a bonus. Overall enjoyed our stay here.

The room was very nice, not too big but enough space. The shower was perfect and the location is ideal
