Great location, staff was helpful and accomodating. A technical fault happened within the building and they worked quickly with me to resolve it. This is the first time that when I ask for staff to look into the wifi they fix it, and I am grateful for that!

“Bariloche is an excellent space for a short stay to see the Lake District”
Room perfect, great view. Staff very helpful. Location superb. Breakfast was basic but we knew that in advance and was adequate for us. We there in the off season - spring - quite cold outside but most facilities local were open

“Liars”
They promised me I could get a receipt with details I needed for reimbursement, in which my stay in this hotel was dependent. However, they gave me a wrong receipt, and the minute I paid my bill they ignored me and stopped answering my emails and massages.

“Great place to stay for some comfort at a decent price”
The downtown location, with private, free and closed parking place, the super large rooms, very confy beds, hot shower. The breakfast was included.
