“Beautiful location and views”

Really beauitful hotel in a gorgeous spot overlooking the lake, and very good value for money. Quite simple rooms and breakfast but great value for money and still a stunning hotel. About 20 mins drive into the centre of Bariloche but location was far more beautiful than being in/near the centre of town. Would highly recommend :)

“Scam be aware!”

Cannot tell a lot apart from the fact that the property scammed me. They reached out outside booking.com on WhatsApp saying that they cannot charge my card for some reasons. I wakes them to try again as it was the only credit card i had, they shared the screenshot of trying 5 times. Then asked if i want to transfer them money directly and if not the booking will be automatcally canceled. I decided to stick with aggregator and found another option. But apparently they charged my card later on without telling me so, i asked for a free cancellation since i already found another option and all that looked strange to me, but they told me the won’t reimburse and booking.com support obviously was usless aw always… seems like they try to enforce direct booking and if not this is their way out - charge silently.

“Great view”

Check-in was easy and the staff were really friendly. The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was good, and check-out was quick. The location is great — right next to Lake Gutiérrez, with a beautiful view and a nice, calm vibe.

Service was very receptive and accommodating. I had to leave very early for a trail running race (5:45) and even though they start serving breakfast at 7:00 they prepared a small breakfast for me the night before

The staff was really nice. The location was excellent - the view from the room to the lake was breathtaking. The room was clean, warm and cozy.

The location and lake view is so beautiful! It's a stunning place! We also loved how friendly, professional and helpful the staff was and the delicious breakfast. We will definitely come back!

Nice remote location, lake view (no lake access), very comfortable common area with lots of armchairs and sofas, also outside terrasse, nice and friendly staff, privat car parking, very clean.

Comfortable room with a nice view. Friendly staff. Lovely communal area for relaxing indoors and outdoors.

The view is lovely. And there’s a restaurant and a café nearby which is handy. But I think the best part was the staff! Esteban, Ana and Paulina made us feel like we were among friends, we’ll absolutely be back.

The breakfast was ok, the location was amazing!!! The view of the lake, and yhe forest surrounding was really pretty.

The staff was very nice and helpful The location is great The view from the bedroom was spectacular I had a delicious trout dinner on my first evening.

A little apart by lake Gutiérrez the hotel has a stunning location. It could be a bit hard to reach with public transport but there's a close bus stop . The hall/restaurant is a space to fall in love with.

“Charming hotel with beautiful location!”

The breakfast was very extravagant and presented in such a nice way. I absolutely loved the old and historical details, decorations and interior everywhere from the room to the common area. The view from the room was very nice and the terrasse was such a good place to relax and enjoy the wonderful view of the lake – which you can also easily go down to and take a refreshing swim. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, spoke English and had a lot of recommendations for us. There was plenty of parking. The hotel is also very close to the beautiful trail going the Refugio Frei and other stunning viewpoints! Would recommend.
