Absolutely everything, it is difficult to put in to words what makes this place such a lovely place to stay. It isn’t just the fantastic location, bkfst, views, kitchen facilities, it is the staff and the ‘soul’ of the property that really makes it so special. Without doubt the best hostel I have stayed in during my 3 months travelling around lower S America and I really hope I get the chance to return 1 day. I enjoyed my stay so much I extended it to a total of 8 days. Anyone that gets to stay here should count themselves very lucky. Especially if you are there for one of their functions, Cici’s pizzas are 😋.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great view from the common room. Self baked bread, better than regular toast. Location in the center of Bariloche. This is the perfect spot to discover the area.

All the staff is lovely, the view just awesome ! Right in the downtown area, close of bus stops, crevecerias, restaurants and much more !!! Common areas are big enough to everyone, my bed was comfortable and clean ! If I come back to Bariloche, it will be there !

“The best hostel I stayed so far”

Everything is perfect. The room is clean and spacious, not to mention the stunning view over the city. The common is area is beautiful and a great place to meet other people or chill. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The staff are all extremely nice and helpful. They even arranged early breakfast for me at 4:30 am(!), when they know I have an early flight.

Loved this property, the views from my room and the communal balcony are just epic. Very roomy and spacious common area so you can either chill or connect with other travellers. Breakfast each morning is simple but exactly what you need. Super friendly and helpful staff!!

It's not only the fantastic view but also the amazing staff! Mari and Jesus were adorable and everyone else was friendly and helpful, too! The bathrooms as well as the kitchen get cleaned daily and are very well taken care of. Kudos to the cleaning ladies and staff!! The mattress was causing me some back pain and when I asked to change the bed they offered to change the mattress instead which helped tremendously. I did sleep like a baby after that. I've stayed in a few hostels and can say that this has been the best experience for me. The staff works there for years and they like what they're doing and it shows. Keep it up and I hope to come back for a third time!

Great vibes! Great respectful people, great common areas. Best views ever, from the room and common areas. All round awesome. Nice to get a boiled egg for breakfast along with their homemade bread and cereal! And so nice they give you a towel!

“A place that fits very well with the "Bariloche" experience”

Everything you could ask for. The staff was great and really eager to help you and propose you activities / places in this lovely area. The ambient was very relaxed and all guests behaved properly. The facility offers a pretty decent breakfast in a room where you can meet with other guests. It also organises activities (in my case, "wine tasting") with the same purpose. Needless to say it's very clean and well taken care of. Bonus point: I updated my playlist with groovy Argentinian songs.
