What's not to like! I would stay here no matter where in the world it was. Quiet! Block out curtains. Staff above and beyond. Air con. Comfy bed. Clean. Flattering bathroom mirror. I could have stayed in my room the whole time and been happy!

“Wonderful”

The hotel is in a great central location and our room was very comfortable with a lovely view. The breakfast is good. What made it special for us was the genuinely warm welcome and considerable help we had from the two main people we met behind reception particularly Belen and Frederico and the very friendly duty manager Lautaro.

The location was great, cleanness very good, the staff were very accommodating.

The hotel was relatively central, the staff were helpful and welcoming, the breakfast was reasonable.

Very helpful reception staff - thank you! Reasonably priced for a great location. The room was nice & bed comfortable. We had a room with a city view - there was a lot of traffic noise at night. A room with lake view might be quieter!

Everything. Very simple: it is perfect. The location can't be better, very clean, staff is nice and helpful, rooms are very nice equipped - like at home. You have everything you need: good hairdryer, iron etc. More than a 3 star hotel.

Very friendly reception staff, we particularly appreciated the early check in, given that a room was ready. Excellent location, walking distance from everything in town, good selection for breakfast although the breakfast area does get a little crowded. They booked airport transfers for us at reasonable rates.

“Lovely hotel with super friendly staff”

Couldn't fault this hotel. We had a room on the top floor with lake views (which I think we were upgraded too as it was part of our honeymoon trip) The views were stunning. The room was lovely and the staff were super friendly and really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The included breakfast was one of the best we have had travelling through Argentina (breakfasts are basic but they had eggs, fresh bread, fruit, coffee ect)

“Good option to explore Bariloche”

The hotel is located really cool, a few steps from the center, yet on a quiet street with an awesome view of the lake. The price is quite good compared to other hotels in the area. The bed is very comfortable and two different pillows are a nice option. The staff went above and beyond to help. There is no private parking included in the room price, but we used the street parking which was free from 8 pm to 8 am.

One of the most efficient room service managers, Lauta, was exceptional. Spent a lot of time explaining a lot of things around the hotel and things to do in Bariloche. Room was very nice with a great view. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety.
