“Our best hotel in Argentina”
The staff here were absolutely fantastic, so helpful and friendly from the front desk to the restaurant! The hotel itself is right on the lake and there’s a bus stop right outside to go to the main town. There were bikes to rent which was great and it was an excellent price for our staff.

The location around circuito chico is on point! Also the family rooms are spacious and with a door that separates the two rooms which is really convenient. Breakfast was very good.

“Unspoiled Old School Hotel”
The property is set in beautiful grounds in a stunning location on a hill by a lake 20k from Bariloche. It’s a proper old school hotel with formal (ish) dining and printed invoices on high quality paper. It’s a bit like stepping into an earlier era. Everything is pretty much how it must have been when it was built in the 60s? It’s all high quality, clean and well maintained but very much of its time. I loved it. The staff, especially Facundo on reception, are real career service professionals not just jobbing students. It’s that kind of place. It has a The Shining ambience which, again, I loved!

Beautiful location with lovely views, although a bit far from the center of Bariloche. Comfortable places to sit in and around the lobby. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds.
