San Candido Train Station, and the Baranci ski slopes, are both 500 metres away. Each apartment at Residence Unterhuber comes with parquet floors, and classic wooden furniture. All accommodation features a living room with dining area, and a private bathroom with bath. Monte Elmo Ski Area is 3 km away. The public ski bus to the resort stops in front of the property. A free common washing machine is available. Indoor parking is provided on request.

“Very cute town and nice apartment”
It's a very big apartment but I think we got a free upgrade as we went off season. Very warm, good facilities, it has a lift. The little town is very cute in the mountains. The owner was very nice and explained everything from the town to us. Good location in between lake of braies and the Cortina d'Ampezo if you are visiting for a short time.

“Beautiful central stay in San Candido”
Wonderful central location. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful at accomodating our family of four. Highly recommend planning your stay here while visiting the Dolomites region.

“Perfect stay”
Excellent location, right in the very center of San Candido with all the restaurants, bars and stores around. Still it is quiet in the night for a good sleep. Apts are very spacios and well equipped, very cosy, warm and clean. The underground parking is close by. The owner is very nice and helpful. We had a wonderfull experience and definetly would recommend this property!

“Lovely apartment in a beautiful part of the world”
Great location, lots of space and a short walk to the Ski Slope and Aquafun Swimming Pool which were both excellent.
