“Great place to stay - amazing sauna area”
- very welcoming, the male receptionist (idk his name) has done a great job - the room was warm, very clean and cozy - the sauna area is spectacular! absolutely spotless, warm and peaceful - the restaurant/ kitchen is modern and tasty

Everything, the room was large, and comfortable. Even the bar, or lounge, was perfect, the restaurant has great food, breakfast is very, very nice and staf is excellent.

Unbelievably hospitable, attentive and professional staff. The spa premises were amazing and the hotel had a very warm, clean and cozy atmosphere. The hotel restaurant served amazingly large portions of delicious meals and the breakfast was truly top notch. At the bar, the bartender Alex was a very helpful and courteous gentleman.

“An absolute Gem!”
Staff were amazing. So welcoming & helpful. First floor renovations at superb. Rooms will be being renovated soon (even though I found them still very comfortable as they are) which I look forward to see next time we come back…will defiantly be back

“Ski weekend”
We return here often, this time for the night ski in Splügen. It's always a pleasure. Glad to see plans to make San Bernardino as a 5 start mountain resort, looking forward!

“Very comfortable and convenient with a very helpful staff!”
We had to leave early, before breakfast time and the staff was accommodating by preparing us a very nutritious sack breakfast the night before!
