“Sad”
There was no one at reception. The site and building were completely dark when we arrived at 6:30 PM. There was no further contact during our stay (only by phone if necessary). We couldn't get a small drink or food near the location. The room was clean but basic. This location is really meant for winter sports enthusiasts. As a stopover on the way to Italy, the price is far too high if you only sleep and shower there. Upon departure, we didn't speak to anyone, and again, the reception desk was dimly lit. We left the hotel with a disappointing memory.

“Nice ski holiday with kids”
Nice, quiet and cozy room, with all you need for a ski vacation. The staff is very kind and the hotel is at walking distance from pists, public transport, shops and restaurants.

I would appreciate having the direction on how to use the fancy Jacuzzi shower. I tried all buttons,, but I was not able to get the water to come out and so no shower....
