The location, the staff very good I made a mistake in the booking and they resolved the issues.

Very beautiful garden / area around hotel! A lot of effort put in furnishing spaces with rare art details . Beautiful rooms, very new and fresh, very clean - better than on pictures I would say. Close to beach.

Awesome staff, everyone very kind and welcoming. The girl making the pastries in the morning is fantastic, awesome cakes and she made sure not to use hazelnuts during pur stay as out daighter is allergic. Rooms were very modern and comfortable. Nice pool We will definetely come back here next time we come to San Benedetto del Tronto.

Clean and new modernized room. Besutiful and big swimming pool. Good breakfast. Free and safe parking. And they have also a place on the beach on 1 minute walking distance.

Beach - very close (100m), nice sand, you can rent sun umbrella and bad for a convenient price at reception. Breakfast: Very nice, diversity and good quality of food. Cookies home made, very nice taste. Room: not to large, but for double room standard is ok, bath ok, shower a little small, but you have a bidet (very helpful), towels clean and toiletries ok. Garden: Superb. Nothing else to stay. Pool very nice and big. Stuff: If you stay there you'll understand why I say they are gorgeous: nice young friendly helpful ....... Parking: free

“Nice hotel with friendly staff, good food and a fantastic location.”

Location was ideal, 1 street back from the promenade, literally 1 minute walk from the gate. Facilities were spot on, a little dated but can’t complain as everything was clean and the staff were very welcoming and polite. Food was good. Breakfast was traditional and plentiful, lunch we didn’t have but looked good, but the evening g meal for us was the highlight. Daily dishes changed and the selection was local/regional and all freshly prepared. My pasta dish was very good but I was jealous if my son as his Marchegiana chicken was exceptional. Really nice.

Staff were super nice from the day we arrived. The rooms and facilities were clean and hotel is in a good location despite not being on the beach front. Good selection for breakfast.

Lovely staff

Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choices, tasty. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Beach access via Hotel Marconi was appreciated. Bicycles being available @ hotel very convenient. Assistance hiring taxi was perfect. Mosquito netting over bed worked well for enjoying nighttime fresh air.
