“Really nice well located hotel, but sort out the air con”

Everything apart from the air con kept going off which spoilt my sleep. 1 good night out if 5. I had to go reception about 1.30am

Staff, breakfast and main areas were lovely. However our bedroom fell short for being a four star hotel. Also I’ve never experienced my room being painted whilst using it!

Very friendly staff. Breakfast is great value for money as there are plenty of options for all tastes.

Since we were travelling off-season (November), the area around the hotel was quiet and cozy. What was really amazing was the patience of the hotel receptionist Filippo because our booking date was wrong (our fault!) and we had to find a solution without double booking the room - which we did. Room/breakfast/location were pleasant!

While travelling around Italy on motorcycle we lucked out with this hotel, swimming pool was a welcome surprise, comfy and clean our balcony had sea views and a small washing line what more could you want. Parking onsite and easy walking to beach area were there’s plenty of restaurants and pubs.

Great location close to the beach, gorgeous modern bedroom with a fantastic jacuzzi bath. Fast and easy check in. Secure on site parking.

“A great holiday in San Benedetto del Tronto!”

We really liked the close proximity to the beach and local restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The room was big with a view of the sea. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard. We didn’t have breakfast included but tried it for a couple of days during our stay- there was a wide variety of choice and it was of a high standard. Overall, a great stay in San Benedetto del Tronto.

Great location, recently refurbished rooms with a modern and clean look, wonderful staff and a very pleasant breakfast experience - both food and area. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

It is very close to the seaside, in front of the beach. It was really great. They also have bikes. I took one to go to the centre, very convenient. The breakfast was 12 euro. it was worth it as well. Nice food options.
