Excelsior has a grand feel about it. Very clean and lovely garden surroundings. Staff are very really friendly and helpful. Good facilities and very nice pool.

Very good location with a lot of bars and restaurants around. Very nice beach which at least in September is not crowded. The hotel breakfast is not outstanding, but quite ok. The swimming pool is very nice, see photo.

This hotel has an elegance to it. Not like new places - it evokes a time from the past. You can tell that many people come again and again and are welcomed like family by the staff. The staff were amazingly helpful and kind. Beach is great and well maintained

The location of the hotel was great, very accessible to everything. I like the staff very courteous and accommodating. The hotel looks old but very clean.

What a great hotel! So close to the beach and restaurants. Great staff! Especially the lovley lady helping me with the taxi for me and my dog! Totally recommend this place to everyone that wants to visit beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto! I'll be back next year for sure!

What a lovely hotel, the location is perfect. The staff were great and always happy to help. The room is fairly basic but beds very comfortable, we had a sea view which is stunning.

The staff is very friendly. Very good breakfast. Loved the vintage style of the hotel and it's beachfront with beach service included. The room is very good and comfortable and there is a door between the room and the restroom. The city is really nice. I chose the hotel because we had to sleep between a trip and can't wait to go back.

This a splendid hotel , spacious and classic how hotels used to be , elegance and glamour from an Agatha Christie novel , American bar ,billiards room, and card tables . We we're just travelling through and unfortunately only stayed one night with breakfast, but what a breakfast, when was the last time you were shown to your table by a Maîtred in a white jacket , the breakfast was amazing. They have their own sunbeds on the beach and are free to guests with a lovely bar and all facilities. You can hire bicycles from the reception and explore the vast sea front on a wide cycle path next to the beach. There is a rooftop spa with amazing views . Private free parking at the rear.
