“Relaxation”

We spent 3 wonderful days in San Benedetto del Tronto. The accommodation was excellent — the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the overall conditions were great. A big bonus was the rooftop infinity pool, which made the experience even more special. The staff was kind, professional, and always helpful. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location right next to the beach, making access to the promenade extremely easy and convenient. The town itself is beautiful, with a lovely palm-lined promenade perfect for relaxing walks. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing seaside stay!

“Great place to relax and unwind.”

Staff were lovely,nothing was too much trouble. From initial check in staff to Basil (the night porter who was an absolute star and credit to the hotel) swiftly sorted out a slight issue we had. The staff were all approachable and friendly and I liked that they took time to ask if all was ok. Many spoke English which was helpful. A very pleasant beachfront family hotel. The rooftop infinity pool was super with plenty of loungers to relax as was the wellness centre with jacuzzi’s. A good place to relax and unwind. The room and property was very clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. Rooms had tv,safe and very good air conditioning. Although only on bed/breakfast deal the evening meal can be paid separately and is plentiful and excellent value. Plenty of on street parking outside and around hotel, felt a safe and pleasant area. There is a long flat promenade outside beside the beach with various eateries and bars,easy to walk if not too mobile and also perfect for running or cycling. The lovely town centre is only an easy ten to fifteen minute walk. The hotel has a nice bar and communal lounge area with large tv for sporting events. We stayed here last year and were not disappointed on our return. Will be back and I highly recommend this hotel.

“A really friendly Hotel only 50 metres from the beach”

The Hotel is located about 50 meters from the beach. The room was very big, clean and the bed really comfortable. A really friendly staff. The name of the Hotel "Family" is perfect, because I felt really like a member of the Family (staff). The kindness of the restaurant staff was really great.

“Nice but isolated hotel”

Parking was not easy. The hotel does not have a restaurant and restaurants are not close by. And in the off season, most restaurants were closed. We ended up at McDonald's.

The rooftop pool/jacuzzi was a real gem. The gym was really nice and clean, too. The room had a spacious balcony. All in all, a good stay.

They cater for everyone, it is very laid back and relaxing and the facilities and staff are great!

Our stay was above our expectations. The staff is very friendly and solution-oriented. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was ok-good: for a one-week stay it is good I think. If we will go to San Benedetto we will chose this Hotel again 100%

“Fantastic!”

Excellent hotel for families, full of well-thought details that make the stay a pleasurable experience for adults and kids alike. The staff is super friendly and helpful, vast indoor play areas for kids and teens, modern outdoor playground, plenty of bikes available to explore the town, nice pools, incl. a fantastic splash pool for babies/toddlers with very warm water. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations, best experience in Italy so far.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. Easy and personal check in with friendly reception staff. Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed. Room was thoroughly serviced daily to a high standard. A family friendly modern hotel and spa with a lovely outdoor swimming pool and amazing rooftop pool with view across the beach to the Adriatic. The hotel is beachfront and has car parking but there was ample roadside parking beside the hotel at this time of year for my large van. The hotel is situated on the beachfront and clean and spacious promenade with plenty of bars and eateries although the evening meal is excellent and very good value,just book at reception. There is a bar onsite too. The breakfast offered is also excellent with plenty of choice. Everything about this place is spot on.

This is very new and good standard hotel in great location near all restaurants and beach. Staff were very good but it caters for family’s and kids so can be noisy but we liked it
