“A warm and friendly atmosphere with incredibly helpful staff.”

The staff were all really lovely! Incredibly helpful, friendly and spoke English/tolerated my terrible Italian! The food was incredible, breakfast was great but the dinner was particularly amazing, and great value for money. We had a beautiful large balcony which was a real bonus, made use of the underground car park, and although it was clearly not the busy season, the staff were all very attentive and happy to help us out with anything. Our room was incredibly clean, and was cleaned daily, promptly.

Not much honestly

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your hotel. Yesterday, I had to wait over 45 minutes at the reception, where the receptionist was very rude, showed no respect, let other people go ahead of us, and did not assist us at all, despite our repeated requests. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for any hotel that claims to offer professional service. Furthermore, the breakfast was extremely poor, both in terms of variety and quality. Even more concerning, I took photos of flies on the food, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety standards. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make immediate improvements to both customer service and food hygiene.

Good location near the beach. Clean.

Very poor sound insulation. In the neighboring room, a couple was just walking, closing the blinds, opening and closing the wardrobe doors, and talking. It felt like they were in my room. And in the morning, the staff was making a lot of noise.

Dinner was fabulous as they catered for our group of 30 cyclists. Breakfast was amazing on the terrace. Staff were amazingly friendly.

“Nice hotel for a short stay”

The hotel is near the beach and a few restaurants which is very convinient. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. We needed some clothes ironed for a wedding and the cleaning staff was efficient and quick to deliver. The hotel is also a short distance from the nearby medival town of Cervo, a nice alternative to the beach. The beds were confortable. It was nice to have the A/C, which was a very modern appliance in the room.

Nice swimming pool, garage parking, even though a bit expensive (fair enough as it is impossible to park in the surroundings). The position was ok, walking distance to sea side, cervo, etc

Great location, near to the sea, nice and friendly stuff, nonstop reception.

They gave us old and small room in the other old side of hotel. The room was not even close to what it looks like in the photos

The room was very clean and quite nice. The balcony and the view of the sea and to Cervo were awesome. AC worked well.
