“Terrible and fraudulent”

Very very unkept and dated property! No air conditioning and dust everywhere. Spoilt our holiday and we left after 20 mins in the property . Was denied a refund as well. Don’t choose this property if you want comfort and peace of mind ,

“Amazing Ibiza trip in very comfortable Villa Colina”

The communications prior to arrival were prompt and sufficiently detailed for a smooth check-in. The host/housekeeper Petra met us on arrival to hand over keys and show us around. She and her partner were very charming, kind and generous in helping us settle in after a late arrival, and gave us lots of good tips for the surrounding area. They stay in an apartment adjacent to the villa - conveniently on hand for any issues but also very discreet. The Villa itself exceeded expectations. The size of the property isn't immediately apparent from the listing photos - there are very ample living spaces and 4 ensuite bedrooms spread over 2 floors. The decoration looks a bit old-fashioned in the photos but the reality is that it is an extremely spacious comfortable traditional homely villa. The outside areas are beautifully kept with lots to keep everyone entertained (large pool, table tennis, boules, dart board, pool table, BBQ). The villa is at the top of a hill so the views are beautiful (despite development of new properties nearby) and the garden area is not overlooked. Overall, we had an amazing time in Ibiza and staying in Villa Colina was a big part of our enjoyment.

A traditional large and clean villa in a beautiful setting and perfectly located to see the amazing Ibizan sunsets. Wonderful outside terrace and the pool was fabulous. Petra and partner were so helpful and friendly. Thank you for looking after us.

Villa Colina is situated high which provides a fantastic 180 degree view. Nice big pool, nice spacious house. It was also nice that every room had its own bathroom. In addition we felt very well taken care of by Petra who was serviceminded and always available.

This villa is a dream, truly memorable experience. I especially enjoyed the pool time. It was so relaxing and clean, surrounded by nature. Also was amazed by the size of the house and how each room is fully equipped. My friends and me were extremely happy with how everything was prepared for our arrival and at any time we could reach our host if we have any other questions regarding transportation etc. Absolutely worth the money and the description/photos of the property is just the way it’s described!

The hosts were brilliant and the villa was just as beautiful in real life as in pictures! The location is perfect and it’s big enough to have a big family stay comfortably! The sunsets from this villa were better than any other I’ve seen in Ibiza absolutely incredible views!

From my first excited step into the villa to my last staggering step outside everything was absolutely perfect. This was not only due to the incredible view, or the location, or the vast spaces inside and outside the proprety. But also du to our mom, Petra and her lovely German Shepherd, very attentive, loving people who guided us through the weekend. The house is beautiful and is situated in a perfect location to access the many beautiful scenic places on Ibiza. The housekeeper and her husband ensured that we had everything that we needed. They were fantastic at keeping the pool clean as storms had brought down significant pine needles.

The outside space of this villa is just outstanding - surrounded by the ocean, beautiful tiled floor, huge swimming pool surrounded by amazing trees {but there was always sun} we had 5,12 and 14 year old who really enjoyed it, may not be so suitable for toddlers as there are stone steps etc . We sat under the pergola and watched the sun set over the ocean every evening. Loads of interesting, quirky statues! felt very spiritual and every morning I would step outside and feel i was in paradise. Inside its a typical traditional Ibiza villa, some may say old fashioned, however there was lots of space and everything you need - kitchen is very equipped. Two bedrooms downstairs and another two upstairs with plenty of space for more people and a jacuzzi bath over looking the ocean.

it’s just like the photos. it’s in a beautiful location. Has an old style to it which makes it really unique and a week to remember. The housekeeping are very helpful aswell if you need to get to the shops or anything. They were very helpful.
