“I wouldn’t return and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone”
I stayed at the TRS Hotel in Ibiza and it was a very disappointing experience. First, there was no help with our heavy luggage at check-in despite a long stay. The reception staff were untrained and made the simple check-in process drag on for over 20 minutes. Room cleaning was consistently poor and we had to call multiple times for missing items. One morning, someone was banging on doors and screaming for an hour in the hallway, and no staff intervened despite complaints. Almost no one spoke English, making communication nearly impossible. Additionally, the all-inclusive package was useless because the bars had such long lines and only one staff member, so you could hardly get a drink. The breakfast lines were also ridiculously long, and the rooms with jacuzzis had no privacy at all—everyone could see you from other rooms. Overall, I wouldn’t return and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Enjoyed a beautiful week staying here on the signature level with butler service which was exceptionally good. The place is well managed, staff are all truly committed to you having a great time there. Food was delicious, there are two restaurants and a buffet restaurant. Make sure you make your bookings for dinner with the helpful butler's service via WhatsApp. Messages were answered promptly and every time we needed anything the team made sure it was dealt with. You don't need to book for the buffet restaurant. Breakfast there was from 8am until 11am each day. So much choice and well prepared food. Thanks to everyone there for making it a beautiful time for us to enjoy ourselves in the Ibiza sun.
