I haven't stayed in San Antonio for over twenty years but took a last-minute punt for a couple of nights because Ibiza Town was too busy. And I'm glad I did. Hotel Portmany was perfect! Boutique. Relaxed. Exceeded all expectations. We stayed in a two-bed mezzanine loft room for 3 x nights. Modern. Bright. Roomy. Beds and pillows were perfect. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Lovely design details - cookware, furniture, lighting, artwork. The icing on the cake was the hospitality; Barbara and Olivia on the front desk were brilliant hosts! Friendly, efficient, super-attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They really did go above and beyond. We were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary, and they made an absolute fuss over us. Totally unexpected but very appreciated. If the owners read this, let it be known that those two lovely ladies are a credit to you! Wonderful stay. Thanks so much!

The location was incredibly central to everything. The room and facilities were top notch. The reception staffs could not have been more friendly and helpful. There were lovely welcome extras like a bottle of wine in the room and the unlimited breakfast was fantastic!

“High quality lodgings”
Just superb rooms, comfiest bed, efficient and quiet A/C. Very well appointed with lots of attention to detail with the nicest and most authentic staff. Lovely view across to marina from balcony. Was sad to leave such a beautifully restored old building with such character.

“Fantastic small boutique hotel with wonderful service.”
The hotel is very central overlooking the port and promenade. Despite this the rooms are very quiet. Rooms are beautifully furnished and have all the requirements for a comfortable stay. Our room was spotlessly clean and changed each day. Hotel Portmany is the oldest in San Antonio and has retained many original features. The staff at the hotel are superb. They provide excellent service and clearly love working here. We loved our stay.

“Perfection!”
The hospitality was excellent and the best on our trip thus far!!! The staff couldn’t do enough for us, thank you sooo much. From the time we checked in until we checked out everything was perfect. It’s an intimate hotel, very clean and a beautiful aroma in the lift and hallways. They have gone all out to make sure customers are comfortable.

Everything was incredibly amazing! From the facilities to how well maintained they are. Extreme clean and aesthetic! In addition the stuff are incredible! Super welcoming and nice! We even had a nice bottle of rose and some fruits waiting for us. I highly recommend
