Featuring indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and bar-restaurant, Hotel Arenal is located 1 km from the centre of Sant Antoni de Portmany, Ibiza. The hotel is situated in front of San Antonio beach. Rooms at this hotel include modern, stylish decoration and there is a choice of single, double or twin rooms, some with sea views. All rooms include a satellite TV and private bathroom with bath tub, hairdryer and free toiletries. “Great hotel, great location, great staff and the room was wicked”
It was very clean. The staff were amazing. It is right on the beachfront so very convenient if you want to sit on the beach or go in the sea. The checkout is also at 12pm which is great.

“Hotel Arenal, great hotel for the price and has something for everyone.”
This was a last minute trip so quickly searched for hotels in the area at reasonable prices but also provided the facilities and comforts I want. Hotel Arenal offered these so I booked a single room for 2 nights. Upon arriving I was greated by very friendly and welcoming staff. First impressions of the hotel is it is very clean and well kept and the staff take pride in aiding guests and keeping the hotel. My room was at the rear on the 3rd floor which turned out to be a double bedroom instead of a single which was a nice surprise,the air-conditioning was brilliant as it was 29 degrees outside at 10pm. The room was clean and the bathroom was large. The only draw back is the room could do with slight improvement as the doors are dated and requireda key on a large keyring so could do with replacingfor modern keycard locks, , the dark wood wardrobe doors look dated and the headboard for the bed could do with updating but other than that it was comfy. The balcony provided excellent views across Ibiza countryside and as it was in the corner I was able to look out over the bay. There was quite a bit of noise from the clubs and bars nearby when I had the balcony door open but as soon as I closed it and the thick Curtains I could barely hear a sound from outside. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, All the food surface areas were clean and there was a large selection (something for everyone) and the restaurant area offered fantastic views of Sant Antoni bay. The hotel is perfectly positioned directly on the front and ease of access to the beach and local facilities. I spent most of my visit out of the hotel so didnt personally use any of the other facilities they offer. I did make enquiries to reception staff at times for guide advice of the local area and were to get essential supplies. They were extremely helpful and always treated myself and other guests with a smile. The room cleaning staff were fantastic and maintained the room to a high standard.
