Bar staff are amazing from the manager to the new bartender girl that just started, amazing lady by reception and very helpful, I don't know her name but is a taller lady in her 35-40 and shorter hair, rest of the reception staff needs to have more interest when dealing with guests

We thought the staff were great, especially on reception and the pool bar. So kind, helpful and friendly. We loved the pool area, loads of sunbathing areas and pool perfect temperature and clean.

Apartment was fine. Location is a bit of a walk up a lane off of the main Bay Area. Not ideal walking on your own in the dark up it, also walk to the shop is a good 15:20 mins. Decent value for money if happy getting taxis

Very friendly staff, super clean and great location. Even though we were at the party side of the island the hotel wasn’t too noisy with all the party people. Only one night it was hard for us due to noise, but we already knew that Ibiza is also a party island and we took that in consideration. If you choose a location where there might be party people you have to be prepared for some more nosier neighbors than in a family hotel or similar. The room was detailed cleaned every day with fresh towels and amenities. You have machines in the lobby where you can find all sorts of amenities. A lot of parking spaces nearby the hotel. Hotel felt safe and location was remote enough from San Antonio nightlife, so it was also peaceful.

We where not able to stay there when we arrived as there had been a serious flood , but the staff where very helpful and arranged a place at hotel vibra San remo just down the road. The staff there where excellent and helpful in a situation difficult for all parties.

The pictures don’t do it justice , should be rated more of a 3-4 star. One of the best apartment / self-catering place I’ve stayed . Bedrooms get cleansed and provided with fresh towels daily . Great service
