Ended up staying 11 nights and could have stayed longer. Great location - just across the road from beautiful beach and many good restaurants within 5 min walk. Super comfortable room which was regularly cleaned to a high standard during my stay. Shared bathroom kept very clean. Staff very kind and friendly. Strong wifi.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were super helpful. It was quiet and a nice walk to Mazunte. It was very warm, but the staff provided us with an extra fan. Value for money was perfect.

Everything was amazing. The staff so friendly, the room beautifully cleaned every day! This place is amazing value for money and like a little oasis in the middle of a wonderful beach town.

We had a perfect stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The café/common area is really lovely and the breakfast tastes delicious. We even had a kitchen and fridge in our room, which we didn't even expect. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the beach is just across the street. Highly recommended!

I had a great time. The room is quiet as the premises are big so you never feel like you are on the top of anyone. I was in my own little world there. Thank you!!

Great location with beach just across the road. Delicious breakfasts and coffee served in a pretty and peaceful courtyard/ garden. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Fans kept the air moving making it comfortable for bedtime.

Loved the location (close to beach, but yet peaceful), staff (everyone was very friendly and welcoming) and the green leafy terrace area. Room was simple but clean and spacious. They have breakfast and dinner (wood-oven pizza). Thank you for a great stay.

great location and the property is very nice, and a good price

Nice little place just across the road from the beach. The room was clean and in good condition with good screens on the windows, so I managed to keep the room mosquito free. Friendly staff and simple food offerings on site. Great breakfasts and nice pizza in the evening. I would stay here again if ever I get the chance to return to the wonderful San Agustinillo.

Breakfast and coffee were pretty good. Location is across the street from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful, except no one is there at night. The place is inexpensive so don’t expect much.
