It was really great! Loved the view, no mosquitos in the rooms, fantastic hammocks and really nice pool to dip in. We loved our stay at Casa Azul, with such a nice walk to the beach, and lots of lovely food options.

“Calm place near the beach”

We liked San Augustinillo and Casa Azul is just 2min walk to the beach. The pool was nice to relax after a hot sunny day, though water was pretty warm. All kitchen utilities available, even a smoothie maker to make mango and avocado juices..

“Wish we were still there”

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Casa Azul. The balcony and view were great, and the view of the ocean and the sound of the crashing waves were awesome. We really appreciated the little touches like the teabags, coffee and cold water in the fridge.

“Casa Azul jewel”

The little Casita that we stayed in was private, clean and fully screened in. Had a little outside kitchenette and Carla brought us a hot plate & pans so we could do a little cooking. The bed was comfortable. Fans were provided. Zoila, the cleaning lady was very accommodating and Caesar, the maintenance guy was really nice. Great little pool for cooling off in the afternoon. Close proximity to the main road - down a steep hill. Walking distance to Mazunte. Had our pet fix as there were a few cats around that came and visited as well as Carla and her dog. ❤️ Would definitely recommend Casa Azul.

Sweet little room, mosquito free and with a great ceiling fan! Made all the difference in the hot nights.

“Some days in paradise”

Super location with view to the sea from our bungalow. Large terrace with hammock and several chairs. Less than 5 min to very beautiful beach. Helpful hints in the information folder. Clean swimming pool. Quiet and peaceful. Mosquito screens at all windows and door.

“We loved it!”

With booking this accommodation we hit the jackpot! We arrived in the night so we went straight to bed. The beds are comfortable and the windows all have mosquito nets. The next day we saw the stunning ocean view from the terrace and were blown away 😍 The kitchen was nicely equipped and thd showers worked well. The pool was always clean and there was always someone around to help if we had any issues or questions. The accomodation is very close to the beach and there is various cafés and restaurants around. Mazunte is just a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute ride with the collectivo away. If we ever come back to San Augustinillo we will definitely stay here again.

“A Beautiful Private Sanctuary”

Of the several places that I stayed in San Agustinillo, Mazunte and Puerto Ángel, Casa Azul was definitely the best! The grounds/gardens are beautiful, the swimming pool, little kitchenette and clothes line were certainly a plus and I really enjoyed the shade and privacy of the courtyard and hammock areas. I appreciate the round design of our bungalow and how it allowed for air flow, since it gets hot and the unit had a light airy feel(not dark/depressing like some other places I stayed). Short walk(steep) to the beach in San Agustinillo, which was also my favorite beach of the area.
