“We didn't use it because there is no way to contact and get there.”
Nothing - because I didn't spend the night there. No contact (we tried calling, I wrote messages - each time I got an automatic response from OYO that the reservation was canceled, even though I didn't cancel it)

I was expecting a hotel but it’s actually little chalets. On-site food and drink (closes quite early though). Friendly staff - I arrived by bicycle and the first thing they did was offer me a complimentary free cold bottle of water. A small thing but made an impression.

“FANTASTIC”
Everything. The staff went out of there way to help us. Were very friendly. Would highly recommend this resort and will definitely stay there again.
