Everything a traveler could need was there! It's a really nice place to stop and rest for the night. They welcomed us with our dog, though please note there is an extra fee for pets. The staff was super friendly and polite, and the room was very comfortable. We had absolutely no issues during our stay! 🩶🩶🩶

There is a thermal power plant near the hotel and it is simply impossible to breathe, you can’t open the window, there is a terrible smell

We liked everything. Clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast. The factory nearby is not too noisy and did not disturb us.

Very polite welcoming service, good enough breakfast with healthy food too, nice rooms, absolutely great for this brand.

The room temperature was around 35C. It was like an oven. The AC was not working. They sent an engineer to have a look. Engineer said that in winter the AC does not work and to open the window. The window could only be opened less than 3-4 cm. It did not help at. I requested to get my room changed. They said they will get back to me. After waiting for 30 minutes. I packed all my bags and went to reception and requested a full refund so I can go to another hotel. I was then given a room where the window did open slightly wider which helped.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel.I really liked the service of the employees and the staff. The room was was spotless, well cleaned and organized making it a great experience. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. And a special thanks to Aylin for her hospitality and help that she provided.

Right outside the Samsun Stadium. Parking is easy and breakfast was great. Hotel is quiet and away from the city centre.

Wonderful experience, clean rooms, breakfast have many options. Very close to main highway of black sea coastal road.

Overall good value for money. Decent breakfast and comfy rooms though a bit rundown. The location is rather lackluster unless you need to get to the stadium.
