“only location is good but facilities poor.”
Miss Norijan from the staffs when she heard we reserved this hotel with rooms including kitchen, help us a lot. thanks to her. she changed our room to a good room and help us to cook our regimen diet in the main kitchen of the hotel.

“A good value place to stay in central Atakum.”
A good room with balcony and view across the boulevard to the sea, which is only 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was a comprehensive tasty Turkish buffet. A good value place to stay in central Atakum.

“very bad hotel , they changed the booking.com reservation from suits to standards and get paid 2 tim”
They cheated me after i confirm my reservation for 2 suits i got this Mesaage from them : they told me : sorry there was a failure in booking system, we reserved for you 2 suits , but we can give 2 standards rooms only! then i paid them twice : i paid at reception cash money, then they charged my credit card and until now they refuse to payme back my money ! be careful of them - be careful, they guys there will try to cheat you as they did with me and they charged me another time!
