“Quiet, small but super cozy and friendly place!”

A wonderful place to live and spend time while on the island. The stonehouse is well equipped with everything you need, with a little kitchen, cozy and I especially liked the wonderful balcony with a nice view and the bedroom upstairs. Communication with the host and his father was friendly, prompt and I am sure they were ready to help whenever needed. There are shops, restaurants and some hiking trails right by. For me it was a business trip this time. Therefore, I did not have much time for sightseeing but I would definitely come back to this great place.

This is a small, cozy apartment in the city center. Shops, cafes, and the promenade are just a 3–5 minute walk away. The owner is wonderful and very responsive. There is a lovely little balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a great view of the bay. Parking is available right next to the entrance, but keep in mind that this is the old town, so the streets are rather narrow. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

The view was great and the location was nice and quiet, the amenities were more than enough and in general it was a comfortable and nice stay. The host was friendly and approachable and made me feel at ease for the duration of the stay.

“An exceptional place to stay”

What a beautifully renovated little house. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and the attention to detail was excellent. I sat for hours on the balcony, mesmerised by the view over Samos town. The location was great. Close to the town but with a pretty decent walk back afterwards which was welcome after some good greek food. I was grateful to have the use of a washing machine too after 5 weeks of travelling. The bedroom upstairs was spacious with a comfortable bed and those amazing views.The living area and kitchen were compact with all I needed for my stay. Thank you Dimitris for welcoming me to the house. I would love to return.

“Second time visiting”

This was our second time staying at Stonehouse and it was exactly the same, with the addition of an extra heater downstairs. The location was a 5 minute walk from the main square. The streets in Vathy are very narrow and steep - this property is located high up, which provides a lovely view of the port, but does require walking up lots of steep steps. The property was very clean with a comfortable bed. There are also lots of lovely cats nearby to befriend :)

The view was beautiful, the space felt really calm and the furniture was comfortable. It had everything we needed for a week and was excellently located in the town, just a 5min walk from the main square.

We had a great time at the Stonehouse. The apartment was walking distance to the main square. Although that's a bit tedious to climb the stairs to reach the Stonehouse, the apartment and the view from the balcony was worth it. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The place was very clean, stylish, modern and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. Dimitris was accommodating, letting us check in early. Dimitris’s parents were super kind hosts, and I especially enjoyed talking with Dimitris’s mother in Turkish. I am looking forward to staying here again one day. Would absolutely recommend staying there!

good location, Dimitris and his parents are Great people, Mrs. Theodora is from İstanbul and she speaks Turkish ver well! House has nice balcony and view…Enough close to center and enough far away from noise…we are planning to go again…
