Exceptional hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of space to relax and sunbathe comfortably. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy our holiday. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We would definitely come back again! 😊

Hotel Ino & Suites, best hotel in Vathy/Samos Town, according to my values. Great rooms with very comfortable beds, really! I like the the spot where the hotel is placed, up on the hill with nice neighborhoods around. Fantastic beakfast, choose from a buffe out of the ordinary! Togheter with the fabulous wiew from your breakfasttable it can only be the best start of your day. At my stay I had a rental car, like to explore and move around find out other spots on island Samos, great to come home in evenings and eat a nice dinner with a glas of wine served by kind servants. Staff and hotelmanager are really the most kind and polite I ever met. They are there to give and help you to make your day the best day. Cosy hotel with great sea views, clean rooms and friendly service. Special thanks to Andrijana for her great recommendations on best beaches and restaurant. Special thanks to Vangelis for very friendly service in the restaurant and delicious cocktails. Rooms are decent size, very clean and well ventilated. There is a nice pool and comfortable sunbeds in the middle of the complex which is also nice for relaxing at night time.

Friendly service.

The hotel is a little far from the center but the view is great and the breeze is wonderful. The breakfast buffet is very sufficient and satisfying. Suitable for Turkish cuisine. Nespresso machine in the room is great. However, free capsules and water were provided only for 1 day. It was not renewed on the following days. The rooms are clean. The pool is clean and nice.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding our recent stay at your property. On the very first day of our holiday, our child entered the pool, and by the evening he became severely ill. His entire mouth and lips were covered with cold sores, and he developed a high fever the same night. According to the doctor’s assessment, this was most likely caused by bacterial contamination. For three consecutive days, his fever persisted, forcing us to spend the majority of our holiday managing his illness and administering medication. Even now, he is unable to eat properly due to the severity of the infection. In the evenings, we observed that the swimming pool was in an unacceptable condition, with numerous insects, bugs, and flies floating in the water. This clearly indicates a serious lack of hygiene and proper maintenance, which poses a health hazard to guests. Given these circumstances, it is evident that the poor hygiene standards directly impacted our child’s health and ruined our holiday. This constitutes a breach of duty of care owed to guests. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the holiday cost, as well as reimbursement for any medical expenses incurred. Please treat this as a formal complaint and respond within 14 days of receipt. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

You are made to feel totally welcome upon arrival, the friendliness of all the staff, the lovely rooms, it’s cleanliness & the beauty of its surroundings. They serve a great breakfast, a lovely light lunch and a delicious dinner. This was the second time I stayed here and I look forward to returning again next year.

Room had great view. Good breakfast.

Just got back from 8 fabulous days here. It was firstly the staff who were totally amazing and accommodating. The hout of George, the niceness and knowledge of Hope, the beautiful serene waitress and ofcourse our Stavros.... The quality of all furnishings throughout the whole place was so authentic. Breakfast was superb...freshly cooked...thick yoghurt, homemade jams...fresh fruit, cheese, meats, bread...could ask for no more. Bar supplies...endless and George could whip up any cocktail you could ever wish for... Room had super view with larger rooms and suites available Samos was just beautiful...peaceful...fabulous beaches and Tavernas... The people and service everywhere was more than excellent.

The hotel is located at a quiet place near the port. Rooms are very large and well designed. They have ceiling fans which i like when i sleep. I hate hotel pillows cause I usually can't sleep well on them.(I like hard pillows) The pillows in this hotel is so good that I slept till 10.00 pm, which i never do.The breakfast is ok. The manager is also very friendly and did everythink that she can for us. Thank you...
