Situated in Sam Roi Yot, a 5-minute walk to the beach, this detached villa features a roof terrace, gardens and an outdoor pool. The pool has a dedicated children's area and a water slide. The property features barbecue facilities both at the roof deck and at the ground floor. There is a dining area and a kitchen complete with an oven and a microwave. Towels and bed linen are available. Breakfast can be provided upon request. This area is popular for golfing, hiking and cycling. Hua Hin is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Great villa holiday! The pictures were a bit misleading as it appears to have a restaurant/ bar but other than that it is a great villa and would be excellent for a group of friends to share

“Really relaxing stay with excellent host.”
Very quiet location but close to the beach. Elephant restaurant close by highly recommended. Swimming pool very good. Host will fetch you anything from the local store.

“Stylish stay in Samroiyot”
Nice getaway from daily life in Hua Hin, so probably even better if you're coming from further away. Pools good, style of building, rooms, etc is really cool. Good location to get about Samroiyot if you have wheels

Apart from no breakfast, could not fault the property. As a bonus we had the place to ourselves which made it feel like home for the four of us. Our 2 kids love the pool and water slide into it. Good views from the shared balcony and especially the rooftop area had 360 degree views. Not far from restaurants (Thai Thai very good) and a 7Eleven

“Struggling”
Great swimming pool. Plus the owner gived us other room as we had lots of luggage which we only needed to carry up to first floor ( instead of 2 floor) to get on first gloor you have 3 staircases
