“It was underwhelming.”
The check in experience was unpleasant, as there was a mistake about the credit card charge. The corridors reeked of stale cigarette smoke - worse than my Nan's old house, and that is saying something. The restaurant was a tacky sports bar with overpriced and overcooked food. The breakfast was ok.

“Great (very short) stay!”
I missed my flight and only arrived at 9:00. The hotel let me stay until 14 which was great!

The staff at the reception was very good, and 10+ for the lady who speaks very good English - sorry I missed your name. The restaurant food was excellent and the price was really good. Also, breakfast was good with lots of choices.

On arrival I was given a first room that was not ready and therefore had to go back to reception and have another room prepared. The room fridge was empty. When ordering room service (a bottle of water) i could not bill it to the room and had to pay on delivery (not convenient) Food at the restaurant is average.
