“English speaker in barra”
The staff were exceptional and looked after my mum so well. She doesn’t speak Portuguese, so needed extra help which was provided with a smile, decent English and lots of hand gestures The breakfast was wonderful and had lots of choice. Highly recommend staying. Meeting other guests and sharing stories over breakfast was also a big plus, a mix of Brazilians and tourists from around the world

“Great location and very stylish stay”
I really appreciated the vibe of the pousada and the art around it! The common spaces are really nice and there’s a great collection of books to skim through or even read. The staff was friendly and super helpful and they even left us some food for breakfast in our fridge, when we told them we couldn’t make it for the normal bfast time (8-10). The room we stayed in was simple and maybe a bit small, but the A/C worked well and the bathroom was perfectly fine. A couple more pieces of furniture like a chair or a clothes rack could be helpful , but for our short stay it was fine! Would recommend to friends

“A Perfect Stay!”
My experience at this guesthouse was absolutely delightful. The rooms and common areas were spotless, which made me feel comfortable from the very first moment. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you might need. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and full of delicious options to start the day right. The location is also excellent, close to everything but still peaceful for a good night’s rest. I truly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well-cared-for place to stay, and I will definitely return!

“If I go back to Salvador, for sure I will be staying here.”
The location is perfect. There are restaurants nearby, pharmacy, shopping center and the beach. Everything walking distance away. I was wary of the breakfast being served a la carte, but it really surprised me, fresh fruits, the bread…delicious as well as tapioca, scrambled eggs, cuscuz and natural juice. Well done to all staff, including cleaning and reception.

We loved it! The staff is amazing! They helped and served us wonderfully.. They helped us with the reservations of the excursions and with the transportations. They serve one of the best breakfast I had in a hotel! All personalized and home made! I highly recommend this Pousada!

We had a great time at the hotel, the best we stayed at in Brazil. The location is great, the hotel is very cozy, clean with a great breakfast, and a super nice personnel. Recommend 100%.
