Nice big room. We could park our car there. The breakfast was good. Only no tea. That could be added. Good location!

We booked the doubleroom, towels were included. Check-in and check-out was easy. The breakfast was really good!

Loved this hostel. It’s more like a shared home than a hostel. Lovely, friendly diverse cosmopolitan people - both the staff/volunteers and the guests, nice spaces and rooms and super queer-friendly! Definitely a social place without being a “party hostel”.

“Great hostel, amazing location and delicious breakfast.”

This hostel is just amazing! Not only members of staff are very friendly, they are also very knowledgeable of Salvador and helped me to make the most of my stay. Breakfast was delicious, the hostel is cosy, it's extremely clean, and it's a five-minute walk to Porto da Barra beach. It's so easy to get to the centre of Salvador by bus and very cheap to get an uber.

Great location - very close to the beach and all the restaurants. You feel safe in this area. The personnel is very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast.

“Pretty Hostel in a Good Location”

It was a very pretty old house that had been converted into rooms. It had a nice big kitchen on the top floor and the whole place was clean. Also the staff were very friendly and let me check in a little early after waiting because the room was ready which was nice after a long bus journey.

“Super overrated, terrible place with vibes of angry people, no atmosphere.”

The people there are not welcoming at all. When I arrived at the place I felt as if I had come to them against their will. During the day they shout and get angry at each other and the employees. It's not really clear how a place like this gets a score above 9. I had to be around, and this is the hostel that was the closest and highly rated. Unfortunately I found myself in a place with strange people. I slept in where there volunteers sleeping, together with the volunteers and local workers. Unfortunately there was a horrible weird volunteer of theirs , who when he was alone with me closed the door, bothering me. I won't say how. Superestimado, lugar terrível com vibrações de pessoas zangadas, sem atmosfera. They don't speak English there at all. The place is on a main road with traffic and construction noises. The only normal people there were - 1 Brazilian women volunteer, and a guy from Argentina.

the kingsize bed, it was comfortable. the room was spacious and the nice balcony.

It’s nicely situated in Barra, close to the beach. The rooms are big and everything is clean.
