“Fantastic value for money! It was worth every single penny!”
Place looks exactly as you can see on the photos, and the plus that you can’t see is how kind, generous, polite and courteous is the staff from the hotel, and I’m talk about all of them, from the door men that helped us with our luggage upon arrival until the lady that was making tapiocas, crepiocas and omelettes at the restaurant during our breakfast (and the quality and variety of the food was fantastic, fabulous and unique) I can’t say about lunch and dinner once the only meals I had at the hotel was the breakfast.

Fantastic staff in the pool bar, and the lifeguard in the water park were extremely friendly to our kids. We have stayed here a few times and love the upgrades since we were last here.

Everything was excellent. Incredibly well trained and friendly staff and a superb level of cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel even provided different pillow options upon request free of charge. Highly recommend for families.
