Breakfast: excellent. Hotel restaurant is a must that you need to experience, excellent ratio quality in food and ambiance, paying a very good price. Staff is well trained and prepared to serve you at any time.

Fantastic overall! Cannot fault a thing. The room was comfortable, clean, Fast WiFi and one of the best showers ever!!!. The staff were extremely helpful and all spoke a great level of English. The location was very convenient, 5-10 min walk from most of the famous sites. We felt safe at all times with security always present at the front entrance. We will definitely be returning to Fera.

Just perfect for our stay

“A really beautiful Art Deco hotel, but a very dusty room!”

I arrived to find that they were not expecting me, and my room was not clean. When I asked the receptionist, Victor—who was truly exceptional—he explained that the hotel manages rooms this way when guests book late. Overall, it’s a really lovely hotel in a phenomenal location, but my room had a lot of fresh dust, and I have allergies. For the amount you’re paying, they really need to improve the dust issue. The rooftop is lovely, the location is surrounded by cultural experiences, and I will return—but I hope they can fix this one problem.

Everything, especially the terrace and also the beautiful bar by the lobby. Very nice team.

The kindness and professionalism of the staff. High reference to Luciana one of the concierge and Jessica during breakfasts. But overall staff at the restaurant, pool bar, room services and front desk were of an incredible kindness. Location is perfect. Breakfast is amazing and relaxing at the pool during the sunset is an unique experience

Everything. It is a wonderful place. The staff were very kind. The concierge arranged for a theater ticket and intervened when there was a mix up. The rooftop pool and bar area are special.

Fantastic renovation of beautiful historic building with modern facilities inside. Staff were v nice and Luciana, the concierge, is a super star with great recommendations and a great network.
