The customer service was absolutely amazing, whenever I needed the slightest bit of help about the accommodation, or Salvador in general, I sent a WhatsApp message and had a super friendly and helpful response back.

The location is perfect if you want to experience Pelourinho in action - it is not calm though. The balcony has a view on the harbour and is perfect for a nice evening dinner.

Nobody showed up for giving me the keys of the appartement. Me and other people, including the police, called the host several times but nobody answered the phone. At 9.30 pm, I had to book another room. 24 hours later, the host wrote to me that he never rents the appartement for one night. Without apologizing.
