I really enjoyed my stay here for a few key reasons. First off, the staff were fantastic,they weren’t just professional, they were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. It makes such a difference when the team actually seems happy to help. The location was also a huge plus. It’s super central and made getting around so much easier, which saved me a lot of time on travel. Plus, the breakfast was a great way to start each day. There was a really good variety of fresh options, so I never felt like I was rushing out the door hungry. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Location is why we chose it. This is no way a Sheraton property. The hallway floors are not flat. The rooms are ok, but far from what I would expect from a Sheraton property.

Wry flexible with our booking as we had to delay one day and they were quick to accommodate us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good for breakfast.

This was my second stay in this hotel. A one night stop between San Miguel de Allende and the US border. I will stay here again. The staff was excellent and I appreciate a place I can bring my service dog, and park my car safely.

“A little oasis on your journey”
Absolutely wonderful breakfast and good food in the restaurant as well. This was a little oasis for us on the long road to the US and on our way back. Super comfy bed and they welcome our puppies which means the world to us. Safe parking and super friendly staff.
